You know, I never thought about going to my library to check out workout tapes. That makes so much sense, especially if you're thinking about buying workout videos. This way, if it's at your library, you can try it out for free before you buy it. Very good advice.

Matt, you're absolutely right about taking things slow. So many people get burned out at the beginning, and quit because of it.

Ice cream cravings are tough. Here is something that I found works for me: When I was a kid, my parents used to make chocolate and banana milkshakes. I love them. However, they don't really fit into a healthy lifestyle. So, I started to make a protein shake everyday with Chocolate whey protein powder, vanilla soy milk, and a banana. I let it sit in the fridge for awhile to get really cold (I'm sure you could stick it in the freezer to make it thick too). Not only does it curb my ice cream and chocolate cravings, it's good for you! You get a full serving of fruits, dairy and protein in one delicious treat.
